Meet Mr. Howard

Hello RHMS Families!

My name is Zach Howard and I am the new assistant principal at Rock Hill Middle School this year. I am very excited to have the opportunity to work with you and your family!

My wife Alisha and I have two children. Cameron is currently in third grade and Meredith is in first grade, both at Rock Hill Elementary. I am a HUGE Ohio State Buckeye fan and love Cincinnati Reds baseball! I have been a proud 5th-grade teacher at McKell Elementary Elementary in South Shore, Kentucky for the past six years. Previous to my time at McKell, I taught at preschool at Dawson Bryant ECE and Ohio University Southern Child Development Center. I am a very passionate educator that truly believes that ALL students can succeed through the development of a safe, engaging learning environment. My personal mission that I have developed as an administrator is to help to create a school that students, teachers, and families are excited to be a part of each day. I look forward to the chance to meet and work with every one of you! Thank you so much for all you do as a partner in your child's education. I truly am honored to have the opportunity to serve as your child's assistant principal.
